Let me start off by saying I’m a bit under the weather. Allergies have kicked in big time but it’s getting better (fingers crossed). Because of this it’s been a slow start to IPO so far. I missed the first day and only caught one band on Monday evening in the Cavern Pub.
That band was The Suns who were superb. I missed them last year due to clashes but am hoping to make their next show on Saturday at noon in the Cavern Club.
Dave and co. never fail to please. In fact, despite some tuning issues they make it all look very easy.
